    SEP 18: personal hygiene and food safety trainings delivered by our Laboratory of Environment and Food Safety

    Our Laboratory of Environment and Food Safety delivered in the meeting room of our Institute a training focused on personal hygiene and food safety. The training, held in August and September 2018, was mainly for Plant and Food Research team.
    We issue a Personal Hygiene and Food Safety training certificate to those attending our courses.
    All food handlers should have some form of food safety training to ensure that they know how to produce food that is safe to eat and to ensure they can implement and maintain effective food safety management systems, as well as understanding their role in food production. Training your staff and managers in Personal Hygiene and Food Safety is an important step to developing a food safety. Our Personal Hygiene and Food Safety training ensure that your organization complies with standard food hygiene and food safety regulations and able to decrease the chances of food poisoning to protect your customers, your staffs, and your reputation.
