    Training provided to a Plant and Food Research Team on Personal Hygiene and Food Safety: 04th-5th June 2019

    Our Laboratory of Environment and Food Safety (LEFS) delivered a training on Personal Hygiene and Food Safety to a Plant and Food Research team. The purpose of this training are:
    – To know what is food borne diseases
    – To understand how food can become contaminated (by virus, bacteria, parasites, or chemicals substances)
    – To understand the important of personal hygiene
    – To understand the hygiene measures to prevent food borne diseases
    – To maintain good hygienic practices in food production
