This MoU, originally signed in 2013 and renewed in 2018, underscores the enduring collaboration between IPC and UHS. It facilitates joint research, advanced training for staff and students, and scientific exchange. The agreement aims to amplify their impact on public health in Cambodia.

Key achievements from this collaboration include (i) the Master of Infectious Diseases program, (ii) regular joint seminars, and (iii) numerous collaborative research projects, particularly in clinical research.
