Set up under the terms of Article 7 of the 27 August 1992 convention between the Royal Government of Cambodia and the Institut Pasteur (Paris), the International Vaccination Center at the Institut Pasteur du Cambodge has a medical team which is ready to serve to the public for both local and expatriates. The product available at the Center included vaccines corresponding to the National Immunization Program, other vaccines and immunoglobulins.

The Vaccination Unit at Institut Pasteur du Cambodge (IPC) was formed in 2019, which includes one International Vaccination Center and three Rabies Prevention Centers. These services were formerly under the Epidemiology and Public Health Unit. The main mission of the unit is to provide vaccination services to the public including Rabies-Post Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP).
