From April 8 to 10, 2025, colleagues from Phnom Penh, Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Bangkok, and Vientiane came together to develop standardized procedures for urban mosquito collection, morphological-based identification, and online data collection tools.

The workshop was a dynamic mix of classroom sessions and hands-on taxonomy laboratory work, fostering both theoretical understanding and practical application. With active participation and valuable insights from all attendees, this workshop marks a key step in strengthening the SEAROADS project.

We look forward to implementing these strategies in the coming months to enhance mosquito surveillance and public health across the region!
