សេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍របស់វិទ្យាស្ថានប៉ាស្ទ័រកម្ពុជា មេរោគគ្រុនផ្តាសាយបក្សី A/H5N1ក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា មិនមានការផ្លាស់ប្តូរដែលមានការពាក់ព័ន្ធនៃការចំលងពីមនុស្សទៅមនុស្សទេ ផ្នែកវីរុសសាស្រ្តនៃវិទ្យាស្ថានប៉ាស្ទ័រកម្ពុជា ជាមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃជំងឺគ្រុនផ្តាសាយតាំងពីឆ្នាំ២០០៧ និងជាមន្ទីរពិសាធន៍តំណាងក្នុងតំបន់ របស់អង្គការសុខភាពពិភពលោកតាំងពីឆ្នាំ២០១៣។ នៅថ្ងៃទី២២ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ វិទ្យាស្ថានប៉ាស្ទ័រកម្ពុជាបានទទួលវត្ថុវិភាគ ដើម្បីធ្វើការបញ្ជាក់ឡើងវិញពីវត្តមានមេរោគគ្រុនផ្ដាសាយបក្សី A/H5N1 ដែលបានរកឃើញដោយវិទ្យាស្ថានជាតិសុខភាពសាធារណៈ។ វិទ្យាស្ថានប៉ាស្ទ័រកម្ពុជាបានបញ្ជាក់នៅថ្ងៃដដែលថា វត្ថុវិភាគគឺវិជ្ជមានមេរោគគ្រុនផ្ដាសាយបក្សី  A/H5N1 ហើយបានធ្វើ sequence របស់វីរុសក្នុងរយៈពេលតិចជាង២៤ម៉ោង។ បន្ទាប់ពីបានផ្តល់ព័ត៌មានជូនក្រសួងសុខាភិបាល លំដាប់ហ្សែនពេញលេញរបស់មេរោគគ្រុនផ្ដាសាយបក្សី A/H5N1 ត្រូវបានបញ្ជូនទៅទំព័រ GISAID នៅថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៣។  វិទ្យាស្ថានប៉ាស្ទ័រកម្ពុជា បន្តធ្វើការជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរកម្ពុជា  និងអាជ្ញាធរអន្តរជាតិលើករណីនេះ ហើយពុំមានតម្រុយពីលទ្ធភាពនៃការឆ្លងពីមនុស្សទៅមនុស្ស របស់វីរុសនេះទេ។   យើងខ្ញុំសូមបញ្ជាក់ពីសេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍ថ្មីៗដែលបានចុះផ្សាយក្នុងសារព័ត៌មាន ទាក់ទងនឹងមេរោគគ្រុនផ្ដាសាយបក្សី A/H5N1 ថ្មីនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ដែលអាចត្រូវបានបកស្រាយខុសពីអត្ថន័យដើម។ ដោយអាចមានការយល់ច្រឡំជាមួយការអះអាងថា “មេរោគបានឆ្លងតាមរយៈមនុស្ស” (virus has already gone “through” humans) ដែលបានចុះផ្សាយក្នុងអត្ថបទសារព័ត៌មាន។   សំរាប់ការបំភ្លឺគឺ មេរោគគ្រុនផ្ដាសាយបក្សី A/H5N1 ដែលបានរកឃើញនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជាថ្មីៗនេះ មានការផ្លាស់ប្តូរមួយចំនួនដែលយើងអាចរំពឹងទុកជាមុន … Read more
