On August 14, the Bioinformatics and Artificial Intelligence Applications (BAIA) Unit at IPC organized an Intermediate Linux Command Line course for IPC staff.

This session built upon the foundational knowledge covered in previous trainings or through self-study, and helped participants deepen their understanding of Linux. The course explored bash configuration options, the use of shell variables and regular expressions, as well as essential tools such as grep, awk, and sed. It also covered key networking commands like wget, curl, ssh, and scp, along with advanced file handling techniques using find and xargs.
