On June 20, 2025, Institut Pasteur du Cambodge (IPC) welcomed a delegation of students and representatives from the University of Puthisastra.

The group was received by IPC’s Director, Prof. André Spiegel, for a brief introduction on the institute.

 As part of the visit, the students toured the Immunology Unit, under the guidance of Dr PEAN Polidy and M. LAY Sokchea, a PhD student in the unit, where they explored ongoing projects in biomedical research and engaged with IPC’s scientific teams.

The visit continued with a tour of the Medical Biology Laboratory (MBL), which was supervised by Bertrand GUILLARD, Head of the MBL.

This initiative reflects IPC’s continued commitment to fostering academic collaboration and nurturing the next generation of Cambodian scientists.
