Nicolas Restano brings nearly 20 years of international experience in finance and operations, with a strong background in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. He has held senior leadership roles across Europe, Latin America, North America, and West Africa, including 15 years with Sanofi in various finance and CFO positions. Since 2021, he served as Director of Finance and Administration at the Institut Pasteur de Guinée, where he was responsible for establishing and leading all non-scientific functions of the newly created institute.

Nicolas has a proven track record in organizational setup, team leadership, and performance improvement in complex, multicultural environments. He will be joining the Institut Pasteur du Cambodge as Director of Finance and Administration, bringing his expertise to support the IPC’s continued growth and ensure sustainable funding of its core missions in Research and Public Health.
