Visit of the delegation from the University of Puthisastra (UP)

On Thursday, February 19, 2026, the Institut Pasteur du Cambodge (IPC) was delighted to welcome a delegation from the University of Puthisastra (UP), led by President and Vice-Chancellor Prof. Ian Rouse.

This visit follows the official signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in December 2025, which formalized a shared commitment to excellence in research and education. The partnership focuses on expanding opportunities for students and staff through cultural interchanges, joint teaching initiatives, research and other activities.

During their visit, the delegation also had a quick tour of the Medical Biology Laboratory and Virology Unit to observe IPC’s technical operations firsthand. This engagement marks a significant milestone in the IPC-UP partnership, a vital step toward elevating healthcare training in Cambodia.
