Training for Listening Team & Management – Sexual Harassment Response Procedure
On September 17, 2025, 12 IPC colleagues, 11 women and 1 man, completed a dedicated training session on Sexual Harassment Response organized by Shift Balance.
The session prepared members of the Listening Team to serve as the first line of support and response in the event of a sexual harassment report, covering reception of disclosures, safe referral, documentation, and confidentiality.
This program reflects IPC’s commitment to a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace, and reinforces our efforts toward gender balance and equity.
