From 21 to 23 October 2025, the Pasteur Network Annual Meeting (PNAM) took place in Ho Chi Minh City under the theme โ€œ40 Under 40: Showcasing the Next Generation of Scientific Leaders.โ€ The event gathered outstanding scientists from across the network to exchange knowledge, strengthen collaborations, and celebrate emerging leaders in research and public-health innovation.

The Institut Pasteur du Cambodge (IPC) participated with an important scientific delegation. Four young scientists, Dr Sokleaph Cheng CHENG (Deputy Head, Medical Biology Laboratory), Dr Tรฉphanie SIENG (Post-Doctoral Researcher in Social Sciences), Dr Candice Bohaud (Research Scientist in Immunology) and Ms Saren Sovann (Pasteur Network Climate Fellow at IPC), took part in this important event, which deepened their knowledge of the Pasteur Network. They met colleagues from the other institutes, presented their research, and forged links that may lead to future scientific collaborations.

In addition, Dr Giorgio Gonnella, BAIA Unit Manager, met bioinformaticians from across the Pasteur Network to strengthen links and advance a plan for a network-wide bioinformatics course.

Following PNAM, on Friday, 24 October 2025, Prof. Andrรฉ SPIEGEL, Director of IPC, joined the others institute directors at the General Assembly of the Pasteur Network Association.

This annual gathering remains a highlight for the Pasteur Network, reinforcing relationships and collaboration across its global community.
