Certificate of Appreciation received by Mr. Lim Hokkean, IPC’s General BSL-3 Manager from the Minister of Health
On January 19th, HE Prof CHHEANG Ra Minister of Health presided over the inauguration of the Laboratory Building and the Biosafety Level 3 (BSL-3) facility of the National Institute of Public Health.
On this occasion , Mr. Lim Hokkean, Head of Health, Safety, Quality & Maintenance-Metrology (HSeQM) and General BSL-3 Manager, received a Certificate of Appreciation from the Minister of Health.
This recognition highlights the Institut Pasteur du Cambodge’s contribution to technical expertise and capacity building in collaboration with national public institutions.
