ចាប់ផ្តើមអនុវត្តការសិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវ RACSMEI៖ វគ្គដំបូងនៃការប្រមូលទិន្នន័យកំពុងផ្ដើមដំណើរការ
ការសិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវ RACSMEI កំពុងចាប់ផ្ដើមប្រមូលទិន្នន័យជំហានដំបូង ដោយចាប់ផ្តើមពីខេត្តកណ្ដាល។ ដំណាក់កាលប្រមូលទិន្នន័យថ្នាក់ជាតិនេះ នឹងបន្តអនុវត្តរយៈពេលប្រហែលបួនខែទៅមុខទៀត។
ការសិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវ RACSMEI ត្រូវបានចាត់ទុកថា ជាការសិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវ “សុខភាពតែមួយ” ដ៏សំខាន់មួយ ដែលមានទំហំធំ និងអនុវត្តលើទូទាំងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ហើយក៏ស្ថិតក្នុងចំណោមការសិក្សា “សុខភាពតែមួយ” សម្រាប់តំណាងជាតិនៅកម្រិតអន្តរជាតិផងដែរ។ ការសិក្សានេះត្រូវបានរចនាឡើង ក្នុងគោលបំណងស្វែងរកភស្តុតាងពីប្រជាជន សម្រាប់ប្រើប្រាស់ឲ្យមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពក្នុងផ្នែកសុខភាពសាធារណៈ។
ការសិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវនេះ កំពុងត្រូវបានអនុវត្តដោយសហការយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធជាមួយដៃគូរ មកពីក្រសួងសុខាភិបាល ក្រសួងបរិស្ថាន ក្រសួងកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទ ព្រមទាំងមានការសម្របសម្រួលពីអាជ្ញាធរខេត្ត និងសហគមន៍ផងដែរ។ ក្រុមការងារកំពុងតាមដានដោយយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ទៅលើបរិបទទូទៅ និងកែប្រែសកម្មភាពតាមភាពចាំបាច់ ដោយចាប់ផ្ដើមពីតំបន់ដែលមិនមានហានិភ័យ និងពិនិត្យមើលជាប្រចាំ ដើម្បីធានាសុវត្ថិភាពក្នុងការអនុវត្ត រក្សាគុណភាព និងសុចរិតភាពនៃការស្រាវជ្រាវ។
RACSMEI has entered its data-collection phase as field teams begin travelling to the first study sites, starting in Kandal province, marking the launch of the first round of fieldwork. This nationwide data-collection phase will continue over the coming four months.
The RACSMEI study is considered one of the largest and most comprehensive field-based One Health research initiatives ever implemented in Cambodia and is among the largest nationally representative One Health studies globally. Its scale and design reflect a strong commitment to generating robust, population-based evidence to inform public health action.
Fieldwork is being conducted in close collaboration with government partners from the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Environment, and Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, and in coordination with provincial authorities. Teams are closely monitoring the broader context and adapting activities as needed, with work carried out in non-risk areas and regularly monitored to ensure safe implementation and maintain the quality and integrity of the research.
