នៅថ្ងៃទី ១៥ ខែធ្នូ ផ្នែកអេពីដេមីសាស្រ្ត និងសុខភាពសាធារណៈ នៃវិទ្យាស្ថានប៉ាស្ទ័រកម្ពុជា បានរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំប្រចាំឆ្នាំ ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីបុគ្គលិក និងក្រុមចុះតាមសហគមន៍សរុបចំនួន ៧៤ នាក់។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះមានគោលបំណងសរ៉ុបលទ្ធផលក្នុងឆ្នាំកន្លងមក និងរៀបចំផែនការអាទិភាពសម្រាប់ឆ្នាំខាងមុខ។
កិច្ចប្រជុំបានផ្តល់នូវផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រសម្រាប់ឆ្នាំ ២០២៥ រួមមាន៖
- ការពិនិត្យនិងផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់ឡើងវិញនូវ ទិសដៅយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រសំខាន់ៗប្រចាំឆ្នាំ
- ការពង្រឹងការងារឆ្លង តាមរយៈការគ្រប់គ្រងគម្រោង ការទំនាក់ទំនង និងការសម្របសម្រួល
- ការធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាពលើគម្រោង VIRAGE ដើម្បីជាលំនាំ និងទស្សនះសម្រាប់គម្រោង RACSMEI
- ការពិភាក្សា ដើម្បីគាំទ្ររួបរួម ការយល់ដឹង និងចក្ខុវិស័យតែមួយ
ឆ្នាំ ២០២៥ ជាឆ្នាំដែលមានកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការដ៏រឹងមាំរវាងគ្រប់ផ្នែក ជាមួយការចាប់ផ្តើម បន្ត និងបញ្ចប់គម្រោងស្រាវជ្រាវគ្លីនិកសំខាន់ៗ ក៏ដូចជាការផ្ដើមអនុវត្តនៃគម្រោង VIRAGE និង RACSMEI។
ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះ ការសម្របសម្រួលនៅក្នុងអង្គភាពត្រូវបានពង្រឹងបន្ថែម តាមរយៈការកែលម្អការគ្រប់គ្រងគម្រោង ការទំនាក់ទំនង និងការងារជាក្រុម។
សម្រាប់អនាគត កិច្ចប្រជុំបានគូសបញ្ជាក់ពីសារៈសំខាន់នៃការរៀនសូត្រជាមួយគ្នា ការសម្របសម្រួលកាន់តែរឹងមាំ ចក្ខុវិស័យរួមគ្នាតែមួយ និងមានសក្ដានុពលដើម្បីគាំទ្រដល់ការស្រាវជ្រាវផ្នែកសុខភាពសាធារណៈ ។
សូមអរគុណដល់ក្រុមការងារទាំងអស់ សម្រាប់ការលះបង់ និងការចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្មពេញមួយឆ្នាំ ក៏ដូចជាការពិភាក្សាក្នុងន័យស្ថាបនា ដែលជួយបង្កើតទិសដៅច្បាស់លាស់សម្រាប់ដំណើរឆ្ពោះទៅមុខ។
On 15 December, the Epidemiology & Public Health Unit of Institut Pasteur du Cambodge held its annual meeting, bringing together 74 staff and field interviewers to reflect on the year’s key achievements and align on priorities for the way forward.
The meeting provided a strategic overview of 2025, including:
- Annual review and main strategic directions
- Strengthening transversal work across project management, communication, and coordination
- Updates on major projects, including VIRAGE and reflections to inform RACSMEI perspectives
- Open discussions to support alignment, shared conclusions, and collective vision
2025 was marked by strong interdisciplinary collaboration across the unit, with the continuation and completion of key clinical research projects, major mobilization for the launch and early implementation of VIRAGE and RACSMEI, and strengthened transversal coordination through improved project management, communication, and teamwork across units.
Looking ahead, the meeting highlighted shared learning, stronger coordination, and a collective vision that goes beyond individual projects—supporting more integrated and impactful public health research.
