កិច្ចប្រជុំរួមគ្នារវាងគណៈកម្មាធិការត្រួតពិនិត្យទិន្នន័យ និងសុវត្ថិភាព (DSMB) និងគណៈកម្មាធិការដឹកនាំគម្រោង DATURA ដែលបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅទីក្រុង Montpellier ប្រទេសបារាំង
គម្រោងស្រាវជ្រាវវេជ្ជសាស្ត្រ DATURA (NCT04738812) បានឈានដល់ដំណាក់កាលដ៏សំខាន់មួយ គឺការបញ្ចប់ការវិភាគទិន្នន័យ និងការពិនិត្យឡើងវិញនូវលទ្ធផលបឋម ក្នុងអំឡុងពេលកិច្ចប្រជុំ គណៈកម្មាធិការដឹកនាំគម្រោង នៅទីក្រុង Montpellier ប្រទេសបារាំង កាលពីថ្ងៃទី ២៧-២៨ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៦។
ក្រោមការឧបត្ថម្ភថវិកាដោយ ANRS និង EDCTP2 គម្រោង DATURA គឺជាការសាកល្បងគ្លីនិកអន្តរជាតិដំណាក់កាលទី ៣ (Phase III clinical trial) ដែលត្រូវបានអនុវត្តនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា និងប្រទេសចំនួន ៥ ទៀតក្នុងទ្វីបអាហ្វ្រិក រួមមាន៖ ប្រទេសកាមេរូន ហ្គីណេ អ៊ូហ្គង់ដា ហ្សាំប៊ី និងម៉ូសំប៊ីក។ ការសិក្សានេះមានគោលបំណងវាយតម្លៃថា តើការព្យាបាលជំងឺរបេងក្នុងកម្រិតខ្លាំង (intensified treatment) អាចកាត់បន្ថយអត្រាមរណភាពក្នុងចំណោមមនុស្សពេញវ័យ និងមនុស្សវ័យជំទង់ដែលសម្រាកព្យាបាលក្នុងមន្ទីរពេទ្យ ហើយមានផ្ទុកមេរោគអេដស៍ក្នុងដំណាក់កាលធ្ងន់ធ្ងរបានដែរឬទេ។
ក្នុងអំឡុងពេលកិច្ចប្រជុំ ក្រុមការងារស្រាវជ្រាវវេជ្ជសាស្ត្រ ផ្នែកអេពីដេមីសាស្ត្រ និងសុខភាពសាធារណៈនៃវិទ្យាស្ថានប៉ាស្ត័រកម្ពុជា បានចែករំលែកនូវបទពិសោធន៍សំខាន់ៗក្នុងការអនុវត្ត និងយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រប្រតិបត្តិការដែលបានរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងអំឡុងពេលសិក្សា ដោយសង្កត់ធ្ងន់លើសារៈសំខាន់នៃកិច្ចសម្របសម្រួលដ៏រឹងមាំ ការគ្រប់គ្រងទិន្នន័យប្រកបដោយគុណភាព និងការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ខ្ពស់លើអ្នកជំងឺ (patient-centered care) នៅក្នុងបរិបទនៃការស្រាវជ្រាវវេជ្ជសាស្ត្រដ៏ស្មុគស្មាញ។
កិច្ចសហការនេះគឺជាជំហានដ៏សំខាន់មួយឆ្ពោះទៅរកការពង្រឹងវិធីសាស្ត្រផ្អែកលើភស្តុតាងវិទ្យាសាស្ត្រ សម្រាប់ការព្យាបាលការឆ្លងរួមគ្នារវាងជំងឺរបេង និងមេរោគអេដស៍ដំណាក់កាលធ្ងន់ធ្ងរ ព្រមទាំងជួយពង្រឹងតម្លៃនៃភាពជាដៃគូវិទ្យាសាស្ត្រអន្តរជាតិផងដែរ។

Joint meeting of the DATURA DSMB and Project Steering Committee Held in Montpellier, France
The DATURA Clinical Research project (NCT04738812) has reached an important milestone with the completion of the data analysis phase and the review of preliminary results during the Project Steering Committee meeting in Montpellier, France, on 27-28 April 2026.
Funded by ANRS and EDCTP2, DATURA is an international Phase III clinical trial conducted across Cambodia and five African countries — Cameroon, Guinea, Uganda, Zambia, and Mozambique — to evaluate whether intensified anti-tuberculosis treatment can reduce mortality among hospitalized adults and adolescents living with advanced HIV.
During the meeting, Ms. Sopheavet In, the study coordinator of the Clinical Research Group of the Epidemiology and Public Health Unit of IPC has shared key implementation experiences and operational strategies developed throughout the study, highlighting the importance of strong coordination, quality data management, and patient-centered care in complex clinical research settings.
This collaboration marks an important step toward strengthening evidence-based approaches for TB and advanced HIV co-infection, while reinforcing the value of international scientific partnerships.
